About The Role The Commissions Project manager’s primary responsibility is managing the end-to-end process of monthly commissions calculations including the creation, tracking, and optimisation of commissions plans along with fully documented process notes. This individual will work closely with the Sales and Finance teams as well as other internal stakeholders. The incumbent will also be involved with forecasting commission payments and various ad-hoc analysis / projects. Responsibilities Commissions Management:

Oversee and optimize the administration of commission plans for sales teams, ensuring accurate payouts, smooth communication, and adherence to payroll deadlines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, document, and refine commission processes across business units, benchmarking against international practices to implement best practices. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare sales and commission performance reports to identify trends and recommend improvements, providing data insights to optimize strategies, collaborating with Finance to monitor budgets and address queries, handling ad-hoc projects, and continuously enhancing processes and systems for accuracy and functionality. Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of commissions agreements, payments, and processes. This role requires communicating powerfully and effectively by providing clear instructions, actively listening, offering support, and delivering impactful presentations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven ability to build relationships of mutual respect at all levels and across business cultures, to influence and to create consensus, managing the tensions between maintaining an effective control environment whilst acting as a valued business partner. Recognised as an open and effective communicator with senior internal stakeholders, inspiring their confidence and trust. Able to work independently, but with demonstrable track record of contributing to a successful team. Organised, methodical, respectful of deadlines, adept at dealing with competing priorities, strong eye for detail combined with understanding of the broader context. Strong understanding of commission structures, sales compensation plans, and incentive management. Familiarity with Python, Salesforce and PowerBI would be advantageous.
