Key Responsibilities:
Wills Drafting:
Provide tailored advice and draft wills to meet clients’ unique needs. Probate Management:
Oversee the full probate process, managing estates with care and efficiency. Trusts & Estate Planning:
Advise clients on trust structures and estate planning, demonstrating a strong understanding of trust mechanisms. Powers of Attorney:
Offer guidance and prepare powers of attorney to ensure clients’ interests are safeguarded. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor. Corporate Protection (Desirable):
Experience advising business owners on estate planning for their companies would be an advantage. What We’re Looking For: A qualified Private Client Solicitor with strong experience managing private client matters. Proven ability to handle cases independently, including wills, probate, trusts, and powers of attorney. A self-motivated and proactive approach to managing a varied caseload.
