About the Role

- Due to continued success, our Client is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager who is a good relationship builder - equally happy face to face as well as on the phone. AV experience is essential for this position, ideally from a professional AV Integrator. Responsibilities

- Develop new opportunities for the sales of meeting, board, and training room integration projects. Consistently deliver an on-target performance against an agreed monthly margin target. Accurately forecast current month and 3 months pipeline of business opportunities including sales revenue and expected GP. Systematically target Corporate accounts using the 'Solution Sales Model', engage and profitably close all sales opportunities for product and services. Recognise and close all up-sell opportunities for product and services within the assigned Corporate accounts. Preparing tender documents Producing easy to understand quotations and customer technical documents. Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with new clients and maintain existing relationships. Prepare and give proposals to clients. Required Skills

- A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience within a technology background and a strong employment history demonstrating the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. A keen interest in technology and experience of working within the AV Industry with a clear understanding of the AV market. Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills. Full, clean UK driving license and own transport. Right to live and work in the UK.
