To ensure the daily delivery of Integrated Sexual Health Services as the "Nurse-in-charge", to supervise nursing staff, respond to and address operational issues during the shift. To liaise with a multi-disciplinary team including clinical and non-clinical staff. Be the clinical nursing lead for Contraception and assessment and treatment of Sexually Transmitted Infections. To work with the Lead Consultant to plan, implement and evaluate professional development programmes for all nurses and HCAs within the Integrated Sexual Health Services. Job responsibilities

Education & Qualifications
Electronic Knowledge Assessment (EKA) GUM qualification or course in STIs FSRH Registered trainer Knowledge
Experience of working in Nurse Led clinics Clinical audit Experience
At least 5 years Sexual Health experience working in/towards a senior role Experience of managing /implementing change Experience of working with young people Experience of training nurses for DFSRH Experience in research Disclosure and Barring Service Check
