PURPLE London Description PURPLE is actively seeking a bright and enthusiastic PR Intern to join its Fashion Division in the agency's London office, working across our high-profile luxury clients and supporting our team. The right candidate must be highly organised, have strong communication skills and be able to use their initiative to achieve exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Assist with mailers, ad-hoc gifting and new launch seeding Booking couriers via online applications and phone. Making sure deadlines are kept and correct clients are being charged. Receiving all boxes and packages on behalf of Purple. All team members are notified about their deliveries via email. General maintenance of the beauty cupboards Monitoring all media, print, digital and social channels for brand coverage and competitor activity, scanning and clipping relevant articles for distribution around the team Creating media lists for events and press releases whilst maintaining the beauty database with AD-HOC projects and events as requested Skills, Knowledge And Expertise Solid understanding of and ongoing interest in beauty, fashion and lifestyle Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines. Excellent prioritising and time management as well as attention to detail Skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Well-organised, methodical, and efficient, with strong initiative. Organisational and time management skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking Good understanding of the social media landscape, current trends and topical influencers Please note you must be available ASAP for a minimum of 3/5 days per week for a max period of three months.
