Executive Creative Director (ECD)

to lead and inspire their creative teams in crafting world-class marketing and advertising campaigns. This pivotal role requires an industry leader with a proven track record of shaping groundbreaking creative strategies and delivering results for global brands. The ECD will guide the creative vision, ensuring the development of innovative, brand-consistent campaigns that resonate with audiences, drive measurable ROI, and push creative boundaries. You will need to be at ECD/CCO, have grown industry-leading creative teams, delivered Cannes winning work and developed brilliant Creative Directors into ECDs! Ideally your book/portfolio will be littered with campaigns across

youth culture, sport, fashion and music! Key Responsibilities: Creative Leadership:

Develop and lead bold, innovative ideas across digital, social-first, and integrated campaigns, consistently delivering award-worthy work. Team Management:

Inspire and manage a diverse team of creatives, fostering an environment that nurtures innovation, collaboration, and growth. Provide clear guidance to ensure work aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and strategic objectives. Campaign Execution:

Oversee the delivery of creative solutions that are on-brief, impactful, and ROI-focused for some of the world’s largest global brands. Strategic Vision:

Champion and integrate emerging creative technologies, including AI, to elevate campaigns and future-proof the agency’s creative approach. Client Engagement:

Partner with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic insights, and deliver campaigns that exceed expectations. Leadership by Example:

Serve as a motivational figurehead, balancing creative inspiration with practical decision-making. Build trust through empathy, patience, and intuition, ensuring all team members feel valued and supported. Commercial Acumen:

Align creative excellence with business objectives, optimising resources and ensuring commercial viability. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Creative Director in a top-tier, global creative marketing or advertising agency. Demonstrated success leading campaigns that have won prestigious awards such as Cannes Lions or similar, ideally for social-first campaigns. Strong portfolio showcasing big, bold ideas Expertise in aligning creative vision with brand objectives to deliver measurable impact. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and unify diverse teams while driving accountability and excellence. A deep understanding of emerging trends in creative technology, including AI, and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and patient approach to leadership.
