Role overview This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service to join the business as a Panel Executive. Our experts in Media Development and Audience Measurement are running an exciting study to measure and understand the different types of video and audio content in the media that people enjoy. We have developed an efficient way of capturing what people like to watch on TV and listen to on radio, through the completion of unique daily surveys. By recruiting a large bespoke panel of people and asking them to complete daily surveys, we are able to provide a robust measurement of media consumption, focused on understanding the quality, distinctiveness, and appreciation for different audio and video content in the media, which will be used by our clients to help inform their ongoing media and communication strategy. The Panel Executive role will be part of a team that is responsible for the quality and smooth running of the panel. What will I be doing? This role will be a mix of carrying out daily processes, problem solving, and communicating both internally with the Ipsos teams and externally with the panel members. This role will suit candidates who enjoy communicating with a diverse set of people and helping solve problems. Full training and support will be provided, so a willingness to learn new software tools and processes will be key to your success. What do I need to bring with me? A background in customer service, either advising customers telephonically or face to face. Experience in market research is ideal but not essential. Confident in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Numerical competence. Technically savvy - someone who is able to provide basic technical advice. Good communication skills. Comfortable speaking on the phone to members of the public. Problem solving – a structured and logical approach to solve issues. Highly organised with good attention to detail and time management skills. What is in it for me? Ipsos UK offers an attractive basic salary and a rewards package including 25 days annual leave, a pension scheme, and a great range of flexible benefits to suit your personal needs. For roles at Research Manager level and above, we also offer private healthcare. In addition to this, we have a fantastic Learning & Development offer delivered through a mix of face-to-face, online, or on-demand; you can read more by clicking

here . We realise you may have commitments outside of work and will consider flexible working applications - please highlight what you are looking for when you make your application. Ipsos is committed to equality, treating people fairly, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment, and ensuring we have diversity of people and views. We also recognise that this is important for our business success - a more diverse workforce will enable us to better reflect and understand the world we research and ultimately deliver better research and insight to our clients.
