Due to recent contract wins, a client of mine, a leading provider of facilities maintenance services, is currently looking to add multiple Mobile Fabric Engineers within London and surrounding areas. The role will be to carry out general maintenance and repair works to building fabric within commercial properties throughout London. The ideal candidate will be qualified within a relevant mechanical discipline. This is a permanent role offering a large amount of overtime to boost earnings.
The role comes with a company vehicle which can be used for private use, plus a fuel card and travel time paid. No on-call duties are required.

The Role:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance projects within commercial settings. Minor plumbing, painting, carpentry, and emergency light testing (if qualified). Travel between sites. Log all work on PDA system.
The Candidate:
Candidates must have a minimum NVQ level 2 plumbing or AC qualification. Experience carrying out maintenance within commercial properties. Experience fault finding, carrying out repair works, and maintaining a tidy work environment. Full UK Driving licence. Able to pass DBS check.
