We are looking to urgently hire a Field Marketing Executive to visit universities across the UK, speak to current students on campus, and collect reviews. These reviews will be used towards the Whatuni Student Choice Awards (WUSCAs).

Working collectively as a team, you will gather valuable data, along with its administration and moderation on our internal database. As the team lead, you will ensure that the team works efficiently and effectively. Throughout the review collection cycle period, the team will work closely with our content and social teams to help grow our social media reach and provide innovative content to our existing audiences.

Key accountabilities

Collect data from students in the form of online reviews across universities and colleges.

Administer student reviews through review moderation and the verification process of offline and online reviews.

Support the Whatuni content team with the growth of social media reach by helping to create innovative content.

Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for Field Marketing Executives, including booking trains, hotels, and maintaining a logistics tracker.

Coordinate visit schedules and logistics with universities, ensuring timely communication and preparation.

Maintain and update various administrative trackers.

Participate in and contribute to weekly update meetings, discussing logistics and improvement plans.

Assist with client communications, including email campaigns, updates, and responding to progress requests.

Required experience

Be able to start a contract early January 2025.

Have excellent communication skills - be confident and outgoing to engage with university students.

Be goal-oriented - you will be rewarded for achieving your goals daily.

Keen to travel and explore the UK - Monday to Friday you will be visiting universities throughout the nation.

Be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements regularly.

Be tech and social media savvy - you will interact with students using tablets and social media channels, such as Instagram and TikTok.
