Our Cimpress Communications Team has a fantastic remit - to inform, engage, and inspire global team members each day to deliver on Cimpress’ mission to empower people to make an impression. What You’ll Do: In this role, you will develop and support communications strategies and content that de-mystify Cimpress’ software platform for our global team members. You will work within the global Cimpress Communications team and partner with the head of Customer Success for Cimpress Technology, as well as other Cimpress Technology team members around the world. The work is varied, and you’ll be leading and contributing to communications delivered through multiple channels, including digital, video, events, and live presentations. Your Role Will Involve: Executing on a multi-channel communication plan to advance understanding internally of our core software platform to support education and adoption. Developing, distributing and measuring the impact of a broad range of written and visual communications. Managing logistics, promoting, and supporting content development for virtual events, with potential to support/travel for select live events. Building and maintaining relationships with a range of Cimpress Technology team members to create engaging content. Developing and managing avenues for team member feedback. Contributing to the development and measurement of communications channels. You Will Bring: A minimum of two years experience in internal communications. A self-starting approach to your work. A desire to experiment, try new ways of communicating, and learn from testing. Experience contributing to communications initiatives in a business environment, with past experience working in a global company and culture and preferable experience working with technology teams. An eye for improving existing channels and ways of working, while identifying new ones to enhance communications effectiveness in a tech environment. The ability to ideate, take direction and deliver from concept, through execution to measurement, as an individual contributor but leaning on the support of our team, including creative support. A track record of successful execution in an internal communications role, either agency or in-house. Exceptional writing and editing skills. Demonstrated ability to produce clear, compelling, motivating communications for team members of all levels and in all geographies. Ability to prioritize deliverables and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment. Networking skills, and the ability to use your relationships and curiosity to help unearth great communication opportunities.
