Job Summary
The Prime Delivery Manager is an important position at Veritas Prime. As a delivery manager, you will manage SuccessFactors multi-module implementations (national or global). You will be working closely with Veritas Prime Project Managers and project team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and costs are on track.
Nature & Scope
Conducts a system architecture evaluation and collaborates with Project Manager, Module Leads, Configuration and Development teams to design the best solution for our clients.
Facilitates discussions on leading practice concepts for project-related HR topics.
Evaluates project solution constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and propose solutions.
Analyses business impact that technical choices may have on client's business processes.
Supervises, guides and provides strategic direction to configuration & development teams.
Mentors Module Leads and consultants as the need arises.
Has an understanding of SuccessFactors data structures relevant to the module in which they are certified.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Strong Project Management & Delivery Experience.
Extensive client-facing experience.
SAP SuccessFactors Experience / Technical skills.
Understands SuccessFactors data models, XML, integration technologies, data conversion strategy & concepts.
Knowledge & Experience

Adheres to policies around time entry, security protocols, time off, expenses, etc.
Analytical, results-driven, solution-oriented personality.
Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities.
Strong time management and organisation skills.

Education
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline.
