Position Overview
We are seeking to hire a Partnership Manager based in our Sydney office. The Partnership Manager acquires, develops, and grows the Insider Partner Network with world-class digital agencies and consultancies. This role will manage the day-to-day relationship between Insider and its strategic alliance partners, focusing on driving alliance partner sales and building the alliance partners' digital optimization practice.
Responsibilities
Work with Insider global offices to continually improve partnership practices and grow the portfolio of partners.
Create go-to-market plans and drive expansion opportunities.
Manage and grow the partnership, including pipeline management and lead generation for Insider global offices.
Develop success plans to ensure agency-wide adoption and expansion of Insider to the partners' end clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to grow Channels for Insider: Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success Team.
Negotiate partnership terms and present Insider Partner Programme.
Become an expert on the Insider platform, optimization best practices, complementary marketing technologies, product roadmap, and company vision.
Set weekly/monthly meetings with all global offices to get updates, satisfy needs, and manage the deployment of Insider Partner Programme.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience with partner/agency development and management.
Previous experience working with digital agencies and consultancies.
High-level business acumen and fluency in SaaS business models.
Demonstrated success in managing executive relationships with partners and customers.
Direct sales experience.
Ability to set clear targets and develop plans to achieve those targets.
Ability to influence product and engineering teams based on partner insights.
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written.
Motivated, goal-oriented individual who can work independently.
Ability to succeed working cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and partner success teams.
