Letchworth Hall Hotel is looking for a General Manager
This 88-bedroom hotel with Banqueting facilities for up to 200 is undergoing a multimillion-pound refurbishment and will re-launch upon completion as the premium brand voco, part of the IHG portfolio.
Reporting into the group operations director, you will be the face of the hotel, leading your team to exceed guest expectations and creating an environment where every stay is a memorable one.
The development of the hotel team is intrinsic to the success and must be part of the DNA of your management style.
The role requires both revenue-generating skills as well as a full understanding of the financial aspects of running a profitable business.
What we are looking for
IHG brand experience and a holder of the IHG GM program is a must.
A proven leader in hotel management with a track record of creating extraordinary guest experiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and empower your team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities and a sense of entrepreneurship.
A deep understanding of hotel operations and a commitment to guest satisfaction and efficiencies.
A genuine passion for hospitality and an unwavering dedication to success.
A high level of financial understanding for P&L’s.
