Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. The knowledge and commitment to deliver the highest possible standards of care in a luxury environment. Results driven and financially astute with the skills to manage budgets, achieve targets and deliver continuous improvement. The ability to inspire and lead by example, to be visible, supportive and inclusive. The flexibility and adaptability to be on call in emergencies, manage concerns and complaints and to cover key roles when necessary.
