Technical Project Manager (Retail) £540/day (Inside IR35) | 3-month contract | Hybrid (3 days office) | London | Immediate Start McCabe and Baton are working with a Leading retail client who are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee a critical API modernization program. The role focuses on transitioning from legacy middleware that currently handles 80% of API traffic to a new solution. Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical transition strategy from legacy middleware Coordinate across product teams to ensure smooth implementation Manage dependencies and risks across multiple workstreams Drive efficiency through OKR framework Establish and maintain effective communication channels Required Experience: Strong technical delivery background Proven experience with API technologies and middleware Track record of successful agile project delivery Excellent stakeholder management skills Experience working in fast-paced retail/e-commerce environments Technical Skills: Agile/Scrum methodologies API architecture knowledge Dependency management Risk management Stakeholder communication Please apply with your updated CV.
