We are working with a leading Tier 1 financial institution to deliver cutting-edge solutions in banking technology. We are seeking a highly skilled FLEXCUBE Specialist to join our dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in implementing and customising the latest versions of FLEXCUBE (14.5 onwards).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of the latest version of FLEXCUBE, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Perform parameterisation and customisation to meet business and operational needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Write, test, and maintain code using Java, JavaScript, PL/SQL, and SQL. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in Tier 1 financial environments. In-depth knowledge of FLEXCUBE, including implementation of versions 14.5 and beyond. Expertise in parameterisation and customisation of FLEXCUBE. Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, PL/SQL, and SQL. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Desirable Attributes:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering excellence.
