We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Design and Build Commercial Office Fitout Project Manager

to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of commercial office fitout projects. This role requires a strong combination of design expertise, technical knowledge, and project management skills to ensure successful project delivery from concept to completion. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, planning, and implementation of office fitout projects. You will liaise with clients, design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed within scope, on time, and on budget, while meeting all quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination: Manage all stages of commercial office fitout projects, from initial concept design to final handover. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment of project goals and requirements.

Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Understand client needs and vision, and translate them into actionable design and build strategies. Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, risks, and changes.

Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that all members are aligned with project goals and timelines. Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services. Manage internal resources, including design teams and administrative staff, to ensure project objectives are met.

Quality & Budget Control: Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget, schedule, and quality standards. Track project expenses and manage cost controls to avoid budget overruns. Monitor the construction process to ensure work quality and adherence to design specifications.

Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks related to project delivery, including delays, budget issues, or scope changes. Develop and implement risk management strategies to resolve issues promptly.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Coordinate with safety officers to implement site safety protocols and monitor compliance.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and budgets. Provide detailed progress reports to senior management and clients on a regular basis.
