Hybrid or Home based Position Summary: We are looking for a Strategy Analyst to join our Internal Consulting team, which supports our leadership team in making informed strategic decisions through data-driven insights and analysis. A colleague in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their business objectives, gather and analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations that drive growth and efficiency. The role provides strong growth opportunities within the business as well as broad exposure to a wide range of critical strategic projects. Your Day-to-Day: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Conduct in-depth data analysis using various tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Assist in the development of strategic recommendations and business solutions across product, go-to-market, and functional domains. Create clear and comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Work closely with project managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are on track and aligned with company goals. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the company’s business. Proactively identify opportunities to achieve better outcomes, faster. What You Bring to The Team: 2+ years of relevant experience working in an analytical role, e.g., at a global software company or in a professional services business. Degree in Economics, Business, Management, Finance, or a related field. Excellent analytical skills, proficient use of Excel, and knowledge of other analytical tools and statistical analysis techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to think critically and strategically. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, concise, and actionable communications for a range of stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. Driven, self-starter; comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, with a highly collaborative yet decisive approach.
