About the Role
We are looking for a
Technical Team Leader
to oversee a team of approximately 10 draughtspersons based in Brentwood, Essex. This office-based role focuses on managing the team, reviewing and signing off technical drawings, and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards and driving the success of the drafting department. Requirements Leadership experience, preferably within a technical or construction environment. Knowledge of construction or design principles (HNC or higher preferred but not essential). Strong attention to detail and the ability to review technical drawings accurately. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with internal teams. Proactive and organised, with a collaborative approach. The Package Salary: £60,000-£65,000. Christmas bonus Enhanced pension 3% employee 6% employer 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
