We have 6 sessions available. We are looking for a professional who is committed to providing high standards of care and who will contribute to the development of the practice. This would be an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified GP who would be joining a supportive team in a well-established practice with excellent facilities and opportunities for personal development. A knowledge of, or interest in, Diabetes and/or Family Planning would be an advantage. About us

We are a semi-rural dispensing practice of approximately 9,800 patients based in the historic market town of Evesham, on the edge of the Cotswolds, and with excellent transport links to Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Birmingham, Oxford and London. We pride ourselves on promoting a traditional ethos of General Practice within a modern healthcare environment. Job responsibilities

The Practice currently has 3 Partners, 3 Salaried GPs and an excellent supporting team which includes a Clinical Pharmacist, Paramedic, and experienced Nursing team. We are actively involved in our local Primary Care Network of 7 Practices and have a close working relationship with our local Neighbourhood Team. Skills and Knowledge

Strong clinical decision-making and autonomous practice skills. Proficient in IT systems used in General Practice, including EMIS or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to teamwork and collaborative working. Dedication to high standards of patient care. Organised, adaptable, and proactive in professional development. Interest in teaching, training, or mentoring within primary care. Qualifications

MBBS or equivalent medical qualification. Full registration with the GMC with a licence to practice. On or eligible for inclusion on the NHS England GP Performers List. Experience

Experience in General Practice or equivalent primary care settings. Competence in managing undifferentiated presentations and long-term conditions. Interest or knowledge in Diabetes management and/or Family Planning. Leadership in QOF or enhanced services initiatives. Participation in audits and quality improvement projects. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
