Responsibilities: Lead the operation of the back office team Maintain stakeholder relationships primarily with the back office: finance, operations and compliance, as well as other tech stakeholders Manage and monitor vendor relationships for the back office Develop and coach the back office team Ensure the delivery of support and projects Duties: Ensure operational resilience of the back office technology function Maintain relationships with business and tech stakeholders Support the development of the back office application team Roadmap and delivery oversight Contribute to the department roadmap and technology strategy Requirements: Experience in a technology leadership position, particularly as a senior manager Strong back office experience (Settlements, Payments, Post Trade Lifecycle, etc.) Experience managing internal and external stakeholders Background in back office or operational technology environments in financial services Business-facing IT experience Software Development Background (Ideally Java)
