This firm is looking for candidates who are versatile and adaptable, with 4 years' experience in non-contentious commercial work. This is a fast-paced environment, and experience in areas such as partnership agreements & shareholder agreements, as well as other joint-venture documentation, would be advantageous so you can apply yourself to a broader range of cases.
You will work with a senior partner at the firm who benefits from 30 years' experience at a top 100 firm. This is a great opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career at a firm that will invest in its team members for future career progression potential.
