DPP Business Partnering

hasdedicated business partners supporting each business segment and Group functions, ensuring alignment and impact across the organization We are looking for a

Project Manager,

reporting to our Vice President, DPP Business Partner, Fiber Foodservice. This role will focus on our ERP rollout. Key Responsibilities Project leadership:

Plan, execute, and deliver the digital projects, incl uding but not limited to ERP rollout s ( data migration, integrations, testing, and post-implementation support ) on time, within scope, and on budget, while managing resources, risks, and issues.

Stakeholder management:

Engage business, cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership, ensuring effective communication, collection of business requirements, buy-in, and alignment with business goals.

Change management /user training:

Develop and implement strategies for user training, adoption, and smooth organizational transition to the new ERP system.

Performance and Delivery

: Monitor project progress, control costs, address challenges, and ensure ERP success through continuous improvement and feedback.

Education/Experience required: Bachelor's degree in IT, business or related field

4+ years of project management experience and knowledge

E xperience with ERP platforms; e.g. Oracle (preferred), SAP, Workday

Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects

Strong understanding of business and project management methodologies

Excellent leadership skills
