My client is a family-run business with over 30 years of experience within Forklift Truck Services, specializing in the hire, sales, and repairs of forklifts across the Southeast, Surrey, Kent, and London area. They work closely with several manufacturers including Combi & Flexi and are a main line dealer of the industry-known Caterpillar. My client is actively looking for a Senior Engineer to join their team and continue providing a fantastic level of service.
Senior Engineer
(Head Office is in South London)
Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 based on a 40-hour week, Overtime paid at £27.15 per hour, Travel time from home covered less 30 minutes each way, 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Ensure the servicing, repairs, and maintenance of forklifts are completed to a high standard.
Always follow all HSE policies.
Testing of equipment.
Support engineers to troubleshoot issues when required.
Provide technical support to clients and colleagues, being able to explain issues to all levels.
Fault finding of machinery including but not limited to Counterbalance, Reach Trucks, Articulated Trucks & Cherry Picks.

Forklift Truck experience is essential.
Strong engineering background.
NVQ level 2/3 within Forklift engineering or equivalent experience is beneficial.
Good understanding of LOLER.
