Hardware Design Engineer , you’ll support the development of advanced satellite communication products, contributing to their design, validation, and integration. This position offers a chance to work on innovative projects with a team at the forefront of space exploration. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electronic circuits, including schematic capture, component selection, and simulation. Lead and collaborate with internal and external teams for PCB layout design. Deliver manufacturing work packages for both prototype and production-grade hardware. Support the integration, validation, and qualification of hardware, software, and system-level solutions. What We’re Looking For: BSc or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline Strong commercial experience in hardware product design. Proven track record in developing satellite or payload equipment. Expertise in designing complex, high-speed circuits for high-density, multi-layer PCBs (10+ layers). Proficiency with tools such as Allegro, ADS, SiWave, HFSS, or CST for circuit and PCB design and simulation. Hands-on experience with products that include: Microcontrollers, Digital Signal Processors (DSP), FPGA, or ASIC. High-speed digital interfaces (e.g., SerDes, ADC/DACs). Power supplies and sensors. RF design expertise. Experience with high-reliability systems in industries like Space, Military, or Automotive. Knowledge of DC/DC power supply design. Skills in Verilog/VHDL for board/power/clock management development. Experience developing ASIC prototyping systems with FPGAs. Eligible for security clearance.
