BDSIP is recruiting talented and experienced Inclusion Advisers (£60000 FTE - Term time plus 4 (inclusive of bank holidays) We are seeking to appoint highly effective, and reflective practitioners who are experienced and have a commitment to supporting inclusion. They will be highly motivated and have a desire to develop their Inclusion and school development knowledge and skills, through their role as an Inclusion Adviser. We require people who: Are warm, authentic and have an inspiring approach to supporting school improvement for SEND and Inclusion Have a passionate commitment to the inclusion of our most vulnerable learners Have a proven track record of outstanding leadership of SEND and Inclusion Have demonstrable experience of achieving outstanding outcomes for learners with SEND Have an in-depth knowledge of current legislation, guidance and best practices regarding inclusion and SEND Possess strong leadership skills that will inspire, motivate and develop staff teams What can BDSIP offer you?
