Implement and optimise SEO strategies to improve Everlast Gyms' online visibility and search engine rankings. Email Marketing: Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to promote gym services, events, and membership offers. Paid Advertising: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels. Analytics and Reporting

Use analytics tools to monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Website Management: Ensure the gym's website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for conversions. Implement strategies to increase website traffic and improve the online user experience. Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to align digital efforts with overall marketing initiatives. Content Planning: Work closely with the team to create a photography and videography plan for the future, including key campaigns, upcoming projects, and AOB. Social Media Management

Manage and grow social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring online conversations. Run targeted social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive membership sign-ups. Nurture our influencer marketing roster and create a strategy moving forward including KPIs and objectives. Community management - keep a close eye on our community inboxes and ensure that messages are replied to in a timely and professional manner. Engaging with internal teams to help find solutions. Be relevant - Relevant to our people, our partners, and the planet. This role is an office-based position, 5 days a week in our Shirebrook office. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, CMS, and email marketing software. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and trends, with the ability to create engaging and shareable content. Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimise content for search engines. Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. Creative thinking for helping to develop innovative digital campaigns. A focus on achieving measurable results and ROI for digital marketing initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and engaging with the online community. Education and Experience:

A degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is typically preferred. Relevant experience in digital marketing roles, particularly in the fitness or wellness industry, would be advantageous.
