THE ROLE Our client is looking for a Health, Safety and Compliance Lead.

Key responsibilities: Review and monitor property audits completed by third party consultants. Raise all concerns and build appropriate remedial action through reviews of audits and risk assessments. Complete ongoing Health and Safety reviews of each contracted UK property. Work in partnership with third party auditors to oversee property audits. Challenge and question aspects of the audit when required. Arrange regular reviews post audit completion. Participate in regular meetings in the internal team and with clients. Ensure all Health and Safety data taken from the in-house reporting system is continuously analysed.

THE PERSON Key skills, experience and qualifications: H&S degree or advanced level Food Hygiene qualification from an accredited governing body. H&S degree or advanced level qualifications from a governing body. Previous experience maintaining and developing internal quality systems. Previous experience working within a Quality Management System (ISO 9001 is desirable). Audit assessment and defect management experience. Operational Hotel experience is desirable. Project Management experience is desirable.

With the opportunity to be remote or hybrid within the Bradford office, the role is paying up to £50,000 per annum.
