An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Group Digital team to

support the ongoing development of MyCCEP. This is a high profile product within the business and in to the wider system. Our customer portal is a great success story. This year we reached a historic €2.0bn revenue mark and 240k customer registered on the portal. As the capability lead you will be part of the core team ensuring we drive customer engagement, product adoption and value realisation.

Key responsibilities are: Support the product owner in developing the longer term strategy for MyCCEP Work with the markets to ensure developed functionality is fully adopted and value realised Provide ongoing capability building support to the markets Develop reporting and analytics capabilities to support commercial goals Support the markets in the development of engaging content through the development of toolkits Lead the annual Voice of the customer programme

The key role of the MyCCEP Capability Manager Requirements & delivery

Support on gathering and prioritizing requirements coming from customer feedback and from local teams Prioritise the requirements to the delivery owner and the development team Embed customer feedback in the prioritization and design process Develop best in class content toolkits Prioritise and articulate the requirements to the delivery owner and the development team, as well as supporting the development process

Targets & ambitions:

Build capabilities in the markets on the usage of the reporting and analytics tools Use community to ensure best practice driven across all markets

Training & KT:

Upskill the local teams – identify and run training and knowledge transfer sessions for the teams to realize their ambitions and deliver the value Connect with L&D and external provider to build L&D materials for the community

Future opportunities:

Drive the VOC programme to support the ongoing development programme

The experience required: Commercial driven
