You'll be part of our Joinery team, collaborating with a skilled group of craftspeople, and you'll have the opportunity to create stunning panelling, doors, windows, and bespoke furniture, all made with a genuine passion for our clients who own luxury homes. All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Stock control and management of the joinery stock. Preparation of anticipated cash flow for projects for both divisions for submission to the Head of Commercial Management. Preparation of overhead budgets, joinery yearly gross and net profit forecasting. Assistance with monthly valuations, chasing up monthly valuations, and transferring money. Running monthly P&L reports. Where you'll be based: You'll be based at our state-of-the-art Joinery workshop in Basingstoke, just a 5-minute drive from the local retail park. The areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, namely Office365 suite and EVO-M. Administration experience. Excellent IT skills and ability to demonstrate proficiency in using multiple systems and software with ease. Exceptional customer service skills and experience. Helpful and flexible approach. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
