You will be taking the lead on Listing and Selling Properties around the Doncaster area and training will be given to the successful applicant.

The role will include the following duties: (This list is not exhaustive)
Registering and qualifying potential buyers to company standards
Generating and conducting viewings
Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
Participating in a morning meeting with the office team
Preparing for daily review with the branch manager after the morning meeting
Create and post engaging video content for social media
Booking valuations for sellers
Hitting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI's
Must be able to make between 60 – 100 outbound calls per day
The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
Must be proficient in social media platforms and capable of creating engaging video content for these channels
High level of customer service skills
Experience as a negotiator
Target driven experience
Good telephone manner
Well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Hold a full UK driving licence and own a vehicle
Willing to succeed without time being a barrier
