Sales Executive (New and Used) Prestige franchised dealership Surrey area Basic - 18k - 24k OTE - 50k - 55k Mon - Fri - 8.45am - 6.00pm (1 late till 6.30pm) Sat - 9.00am - 5.00pm Sun - 10.00am - 4.00pm One day off in the week, Sundays on a rota (1 in 3) Essentially a 5 and a third of a day working week. Company car + fuel Our well-respected client is looking to add to their sales team at their prestige franchised main dealer in the Surrey area. Selling new and used cars, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer journey from the outset. The role: Selling our full range of vehicles both new and used Maintaining customer records and ensuring follow-ups are completed Ensuring customer satisfaction scores are maintained Ensuring all sales are fully compliant Becoming a brand ambassador Marketing of vehicles and pitch display Providing high levels of customer service Following our Sales process Managing KPI's About you: Previous car sales experience Process driven with the ability to adapt to new sales processes Team player Excellent communicator both written and verbal 'Can do' attitude Goal orientated Must hold a valid driving licence Benefits: Company pension scheme Holidays that increase with length of service Discounts on products and services If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
