You will be an enthusiastic and inspiring team member to work with our shop volunteers, fostering a positive team spirit within the shop as well as being a proactive member of the wider retail team.
You will be responsible for providing cover for shops when there may be vacancies, holidays, or sickness, to manage the shop with the objective of achieving the overall retail annual sales budget.
You will have a passion for selling, excellent customer service, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
