An opportunity exists for an ambitious, experienced Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Consultant to assist our team and help grow the North East Mitsubishi service business to record levels. It is essential that you can perform in a high-pressure environment and consistently meet the expected planning, targets and timeframes required for smooth customer delivery. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure sustained focus on cross divisional sales and assist with optimisation of performance across the key value streams of New Vehicle, Fleet, F&I, Delivery and Aftermarket. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a history of success in: Working in cross divisional teams Delivering to targets Driving a high performing culture Understanding the Sales E2E processes required from the point of ordering to delivery of new vehicles Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Duties & Responsibilities Understanding and delivering to monthly required sales targets Effectively and proactively utilise the Lead Management tool to successfully manage and deliver on all sale opportunities Managing stock both onsite and offsite Working closely with Mitsubishi Australia and delivering all reporting required both externally and internally Communicating clearly with internal staff on all sales information to meet required delivery timelines Assisting with the arrival of vehicle stock Raising and costing/approving repair orders Delivering against agreed targets/KPI’s Ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer satisfaction, as reflected in customer feedback and CSI scores. Enforcing dealership business and system processes Mentoring ongoing training goals for team members Maximise achievement of divisional sales targets through analysis of monthly reporting and stock.
