RESALES AND STAIRCASING COORDINATOR - SOCIAL HOUSING
Location: Croydon
Salary: 24.85 per hour umbrella
Hybrid: 3 days work from home - 2 days in the office (Tues & Wed)
6 month contract (full time)
Must be available to start working immediately
One of the biggest housing associations in the UK is looking for a Resales and Staircasing Coordinator to support the customer journey with all sales related activities.
EXPERIENCE
Shared ownership resales and staircasing process, in particular the conveyancing process. Experience working with solicitors, independent mortgage advisors, surveyors, developers and agents. Experience working with both internal and external parties in relation to resales set-up.
