£24000 basic, £35000 OTE
Responsibilities:
Effectively handle inbound sales calls from customers wishing to purchase insurance.
Achieve personal sales and performance targets.
Identify customers’ needs and upsell policies to maximize opportunities.
Manage outbound renewal calls for existing customers.
Working Hours:
The call centre is open:
0830 – 2000 Monday to Friday
1000 – 1700 Saturday
1000 – 1700 Sunday
1000 – 1600 Bank Holidays
Flexibility to work weekends and early evenings is a must.
