We have a brand-new opening for a tenacious Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team focussing on the North of the UK with some overseas responsibility. You will develop and manage sales of our entire product range to new and existing clients. What s on Offer? Service existing key client base and collaborate with the Company s agents. Influence product innovation through client and market input. Identify and target new product markets and proactively pursue key projects. External client visits 80% of time. Work in collaboration the sales team and senior management to achieve revenue goals, gross profit, and market share targets. Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential new customers, to ensure sustained top and bottom-line growth aligned with overall business strategy and goals. Develop relationship with End Users, Distributors, Consultants and End Users - Strategic account management of key accounts throughout the lifecycle. Work in collaboration with the sales team and senior management to identify project needs for commercial and technical engagement. Develop a commercial & technical strategy for all major tenders and project acquisition targets. Marketing the products through Exhibitions, Lunch and Learns and Seminars. Skills & Experience: An Engineering Degree is preferred, but open to relevant qualifications. Computer literate. Previous sales experience in a similar industry. Ability to enthusiastically demonstrate persuasion, using good inter-personal skills. Meets and exceeds expectations, driven by personal success, proving high professional and personal values. Anticipates objections and adapts responses - the ability to be proactive and use initiative. Able to contribute ideas and solutions that add value to the business. Takes ownership of projects and delivers to completion (closes the loop). Ready for the challenge?
