A great opportunity based with a mid-sized and growing pharmaceutical company who are looking for a Healthcare Partnership Manager to join an established Sales team. The role will work within Respiratory and will primarily be responsible for supporting and driving business growth across the given territory through developing relationships with core customers and stakeholders. As a Healthcare Partnership Manager, you will develop and maintain your business plan to ensure sales growth across core accounts and will also: Develop key account plans with a focus on gaining formulary status for products, ensuring further uptake of products/brands once formulary status has been achieved. Work with key customers and stakeholders across primary & secondary care settings as well as at payer level. Ensure that all sales targets are met within your allocated territory. Work with the wider Sales team to share best practices and contribute to regional business plans at a strategic level. It is essential that all applicants are ABPI qualified and can demonstrate strong pharmaceutical sales experience. Specific requirements include: Strong secondary care sales experience – which is a fundamental part of the HPM role. Demonstrable achievements and a solid understanding of the formulary inclusion process. Evidence of selling to, or working with, medicines optimisation to drive switches – which will be a key objective of this role. Respiratory and/or Allergy experience is highly desirable.
