We are looking to recruit a Sales Marketing and Administrator to join our Sales & Marketing team based in our Edinburgh office reporting to the Group Sales & Marketing Director. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to take up this exciting opportunity. This is a varied role, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide day to day administrative support for the Group Sales & Marketing Director and wider Sales, Marketing and Communications team. You should possess a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines. A high standard of written and oral communication is required along with proficiency in typing, numeracy, and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Although not essential, experience of customer relationship management system Salesforce would be advantageous, as would having experience or interest in Sales & Marketing. The type of work involved includes: Sales and marketing reporting. Using PowerPoint to help create presentations in the company’s corporate style. Coordinating/booking meetings which includes forward planning, collation, and distribution of material. Booking travel and accommodation. Arranging meeting rooms and lunches. Collating and filing expenses. Managing email enquiries from our website. Managing and reporting on Trust pilot reviews. Assist in preparing internal communications updates and posters. Assist in monitoring social media comments and inboxes. This role would suit an individual with experience who can demonstrate the skills required or someone who is willing to learn. In addition, graduates would be considered who would like to experience the work in a sales and marketing environment, with a view to future career opportunities.
