In this graduate scheme you will be an integral member of the Pharmanovia Finance team, and gain experience supporting within Controlling, Treasury, Global Business Services and FP&A. You will develop your analytical skills to understand financial statements, forecasting and key financial processes to be able to translate data into recommendations to the business. You will be able to think strategically and have excellent analytical skills. You’ll be eager to solve problems and challenges, identify opportunities, think critically when analysing data. You will be proactive and can take on tasks independently, applying good time management and prioritising skills. You will need to be able to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll be involved in: Working with colleagues on projects across the business Providing support to annual budgeting, forecasting and product costing Analysing and reporting on cost of production Forecasting sales and analysing the market dynamics Supporting senior management with key strategic projects Financial modelling in connection with all business activities Exposure to our accounts receivable and accounts payable function as well as interaction with the offshore team Integrate with the rest of the graduates and cross-functional teams The department has an ethos of continuous improvement, refining systems and creating efficiencies. Experience in a finance or pharmaceutical environment is a plus, but not essential Excellent standard of written and verbal communication in business English Strong aptitude for technology and highly proficient in the use of MS Office, including intermediate to advanced level Excel Ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels and from different cultural backgrounds First class numerical and analytical skills Desire to be an integral part of key financial processes, and understanding of budgets Proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking Strategic thinking and data analysis skills Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Ability to maintain resilience, learn quickly and navigate ambiguity Collaborative, team-player attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges Eagerness to learn and develop new skills What we offer:
