NWF Agriculture is looking for a coordinator to assist the Third-Party Products sales team in achieving budget goals. This role will serve as the sole point of contact for all after-sales demands, facilitating communication between in-house salespeople and suppliers to maintain existing business relationships. Main Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external sales teams: Work closely with internal and external sales specialists to drive sales efforts and achieve team objectives. Daily monitoring of the direct sales inbox, identifying and distributing enquiries to the appropriate sales team members via Outlook or CRM. Supplier Coordination for After-Sales Care: Liaise between the salesforce and suppliers to address after-sales issues such as invoice queries, delayed deliveries, and missed orders, while communicating resolutions to sales teams and customers. Mill Stock Control: Implement a buffer stock for all mill-stocked TTP lines and manage stock levels in line with sales frequency. Implement Marketing Campaigns: Follow and implement marketing campaigns agreed upon with management. Report back on marketing incentives and competitions. Consistently use the CRM system to enhance client records, product history, and other key information, meeting management's expectations. Product Price Management: Manage changes in product prices with manufacturers and communicate price adjustments to national sales specialists via the pricing app. Soil Sample Processing: Distribute soil sample results to the relevant salesperson and follow up on the analysis for a sale. Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform any other reasonable tasks requested by management related to third-party business operations.
