As a Senior Customer Insight Analyst, you’ll be working across multiple teams including CRM, Performance Marketing, ATL, Partnerships, Media and Brand. The customer is at the heart of everything these teams do and we want to produce actionable insights to drive data-led decision making about marketing investment and customer experience. This role reports to the Head of Customer Insight and Analytics and success will be measured by the ability to surface insights that result in better decision making across the team.

The role & things you’ll be working on:
In this role you will bring data even closer to the heart of everything we do in the Marketing team and Customer Org at Secret Escapes. This is an opportunity to take our understanding of our customers to the next level and feed actionable insights back to our Marketing teams and the wider business.
Day to day, you will be…
Understanding the customer journey from the first time they become aware of the brand to their tenth booking.
Digging into our audience and segmenting them against multiple attributes to customise and improve their experience.
Helping to develop attribution and marketing measurement models across our various marketing touch points.
Supporting Marketing teams with reporting in their vertical and understanding how this translates in aggregate into trading results.
Building and developing dashboards to track key KPIs (mostly in Tableau).
Presenting findings and recommendations to the teams you’ll be working with.

We’re based across the UK and Germany and enjoy flexible working. We make the most of our office days (minimum once per week) to spend time together and collaborate face to face.
You will have:
Experience of owning analysis projects end-to-end - from data extraction to visualisation to presenting findings.
Experience translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Advanced SQL skills.
Experience using Tableau or similar dashboarding tools.
Extensive experience of working with large data sets.
