York, UK We are working on behalf of a dynamic and growing organization in the health and wellness industry to recruit a motivated and skilled Polish-Speaking Supplier Relationship Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make an impact within an expanding company based in York. About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the purchasing and finance teams, the Supplier Relationship Manager will oversee the procurement process from inception to supplier performance evaluation. With a focus on direct procurement in categories such as sports and health supplements, this role will also involve building strong international supplier partnerships—particularly within the EU and the US. The successful candidate will also be required to travel internationally to attend trade fairs and meet suppliers abroad, including trips to the US, several times a year. All travel expenses will be covered by the company. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Selection:

Identify business needs, manage supplier selection processes, and make decisions that align with operational goals and drive value. Contract Negotiation & Execution:

Develop and negotiate contracts that fulfill business requirements, adhere to policies, and foster mutually beneficial terms. Supplier Performance Management:

Monitor, evaluate, and improve supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with internal and external stakeholders to align procurement strategies with broader business objectives. Logistics & Import Oversight:

Oversee logistics and import operations, ensuring smooth workflows with international suppliers. About You We’re looking for someone who embodies professionalism and has a proactive mindset. As a Polish-speaking candidate, you’ll bring added value to our growing EU presence. You should have: Fluency in Polish and English (written and verbal). Strong negotiation skills and proven experience in contract management. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with a capacity to work with diverse stakeholders. Expertise in stakeholder engagement and collaboration with senior leaders. Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple projects effectively. Experience in FMCG or Retail industries (preferred but not essential). Willingness to travel internationally occasionally. A CIPS qualification would be an advantage. Why Join This Opportunity?
