About the role

As Lucanet's Global PR & Media Relations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Lucanet's public image and enhancing our global reputation. You will implement innovative PR strategies, build strong relationships with international media and position our executives as thought leaders in the industry. As a trusted partner to leadership and cross-functional teams, you will work closely to align and support the company's overall media strategy.

What you'll do:

Develop and execute comprehensive PR and media relations strategies to enhance our corporate image and secure positive coverage globally. Build and nurture relationships with international media contacts, while managing external PR agencies to maximize media efforts. Elevate organizational thought leadership by positioning and preparing leaders at all levels for media engagements, ensuring diverse perspectives and consistent messaging across all channels. Create high-quality content such as op-eds, feature articles, and media kits to support strategic PR and media initiatives. Implement crisis communication strategies to effectively manage reputational risks and mitigate negative press. Monitor and analyze PR and media performance, providing insights to optimize strategies and identify trends. Oversee award applications and leverage positive outcomes to promote the company's reputation in target markets. What you bring to the table:

6+ years of experience in B2B corporate communications, with a focus on public relations and media relations, preferably in technology, SaaS, or finance industries. Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR strategies, including proactive engagement with European business media and managing global agencies. Experience in positioning and supporting leaders at all levels in media interviews and external visibility initiatives. Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives from complex concepts for diverse audiences. Strong experience in crisis communication, reputation management, and thought leadership initiatives. Proficiency in analytics and media monitoring tools to measure and optimize PR efforts. Fluency in English (C2 level, British English preferred) with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Perks at work
