About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Product Owner to join our team. The Digital Product Owner will be responsible for assisting in the initial definition and creation of a digital products road-map. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business analysis, IT product ownership, and working with agile delivery teams. The individual should have a passion for delivering high-quality digital products that meet business goals and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business product managers and stakeholders to understand and translate business goals into functional digital product requirements and features. Create and maintain a digital delivery road-map. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product-related documentation as needed. Experience in vendor selection for IT platforms. Conduct market research, customer analysis, and user feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance customer satisfaction. Define and track product success metrics and KPIs and communicate progress and results to stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful development and delivery of digital products, capabilities and services that meet business requirements and drive customer satisfaction.

About You Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or related roles, preferably in an IT or digital product environment. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working with agile delivery teams. Experience with digital product development, including web and mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and digital services. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
