We are currently seeking a Sales Team Manager to join our Leicester city centre office, conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station. In the role of Sales Team Manager at Utility Bidder, you will be instrumental in driving the sales team towards exceptional performance and surpassing targets. You will lead, motivate, and coach a group of sales professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes, and you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on our company's growth and success. Job Details Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members If you have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive a high-performance sales team, we would love to hear from you. Minimum Requirements Proven track record in a sales leadership or management position Adept at inspiring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous Exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and training Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Driven by results with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service Able to foster collaboration and build strong working relationships Compensation and Benefits Base salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + commission (OTE £60 - £65K) 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) – with the opportunity to buy & sell holidays Summer and Winter parties Employee Assistance Programme – with 24/7 access to a Remote GP Cycle to Work Scheme & Tech Scheme Pension Scheme Life assurance cover Daily Incentives and Bonuses Utility Bidder is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
