About the role As the Retail Media & Loyalty Partnership Manager, you will own and drive key strategic partner relationships to support the ongoing delivery and development of the customer loyalty programme. You’ll also be responsible for the planning, execution, and deployment of retail media strategy and activity across the Group. This role will ensure all partnerships are created and managed in support of the overall Halfords vision and customer loyalty strategy to drive profitable outcomes across agreed customer metrics. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery & development of the Group Motoring club proposition and other lifetime value initiatives through the identification and introduction of new and on-going development of existing partnerships. Define & deploy the retail media strategy for Halfords Group plc. Work alongside internal teams & external agencies to monitor, evaluate and diagnose brand activity to drive growth, hit targets and maximise ROI. Hold primary responsibility for the communication, relationship and management of all third-party partnerships developed in support of the lifetime strategy. Identify, select and on-board key strategic partners to support loyalty proposition development. Ensure all partnership opportunities across retail media and loyalty are appropriately qualified (quality, coverage, commercials, relevance to FY24 objectives etc.) before proceeding. Working with our B2B and procurement team, drive and manage all commercial and contractual relationships. Champion loyalty in the business and be the conduit by which loyalty continues to be embedded culturally into the organisation. Key Skills Demonstrable experience in a similar role. Proficient at managing multiple partnerships at various stages of development in a fast-paced retail environment, with an ability to prioritise workload accordingly. Productive team member, collaborating effectively with all teams and at all levels of the organisation with a fastidious approach to detail. An evangelist for customer and our relationships with them, obsessed with leveraging strategic partnership to deliver the right content at the right time through the right partnerships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, this is a Group role with diverse (internal & external) stakeholder groups. Not sure you meet all the criteria?
