Assistant Brand Manager , you will execute and implement annual brand and activation plans to build performance and equity for Pinnacle Drinks Wine. The plans will cover both an analytical viewpoint of brand performance, portfolio and brand equity, while implementing activity such as product launches, promotional activities, advertising and PR & events, as agreed with the Senior Brand Manager - Wine & Innovation. Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role: Support creative briefs and all Marketing materials for the New Product Development including product information sheets/ brochure as required. Coordinate the setup and inputs into monthly gate papers for Domestic Wine. Implement the communications process for wine launches and vintage rollovers. Work with key internal partners to develop distribution gateways for communication once developed. Effectively manage outsourced agency and internal Endeavour Group department relationships. Ensure regular & effective communication with the Pinnacle Drinks Marketing Team. Consult with Legal and other relevant stakeholders where approval is required. Enhance own knowledge and understanding of Pinnacle Drinks by attending relevant department meetings and training sessions. Manage spend and track against approved budgets, reviewing opportunities to optimise costs where possible. Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: Post-graduate Degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce. At least 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within fast-paced retail or the beverage industry. Experience in the liquor industry, premium brand experience is desirable. Strong knowledge of brand and product marketing principles. Ability to think strategically and ‘outside the box’. Able to personally develop creative concepts, think independently and drive and deliver key activities. Proficiency in working with PowerPoint & Excel. Strong business acumen. Excellent communication skills (written / verbal). Wine knowledge and Retail/FMCG experience is desirable. Benefits
