As a Maths Graduate, you will: Step into classrooms to supervise and deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher. Maintain a focused, productive environment where students can thrive. Build positive relationships with students, ensuring they stay engaged and on track with their studies. Proactively manage behaviour, addressing challenges with confidence and fostering a respectful classroom culture. Support the wider school community by assisting with extracurricular activities and administrative tasks as needed. Someone who is proactive, taking initiative to ensure lessons run smoothly and effectively. An engaging communicator who can connect with students and keep them motivated.
