POSITION DESCRIPTION: As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of OX Group Global's branded products in the market. Success will be driven through the coordination of digital marketing campaigns, marketing collateral, company and industry events, internal and external product training, market research and close communication with global and regional teams. This multifaceted role requires a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset, strong product knowledge, and a proven track record in creating and executing effective marketing strategies while being open to and drawing on global resources within OX Global. You will be relied on for information in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to coordinating the market launch within the North American region. Driving end user engagement through the OX Tuff Club and BORA Nation and the implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales with be crucial to the success of this role. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive sell through at OX Dealer locations by engaging end users through digital marketing campaigns, marketing collateral, industry events, and online and in-person training events. Coordinate the North American trade marketing calendar including sales promotions, events, campaigns and NPD commercialization in close coordination with the global marketing and product teams and the regional sales teams. Work with the Global marketing and product teams to execute global initiatives within the North American region. Responsible for gathering and submitting regional market research & product concept validation to global product managers (Sending surveys, end user jobsite visits, product concept / prototype validation, etc.) Obtaining the regional sales teams forecasts for NPD & feedback relating to the product concepts. Confirm regional retail pricing for NPD to ensure competitive in market. Attend weekly & monthly sales meetings, company, and industry events. Work with the sales team closely to develop the regional go to market strategies for NPD launches, launch partners in region, general commercialization of the new product. Be a filter for the regional sales team for feeding back advice, changes, improvements, ideas, etc. to the global product and marketing teams. Collaborate with executive team to ideate on new markets, strategies, partnerships, and product initiatives as well as working with the global product team and regional sales team prior to line reviews to ensure new products align with opportunity pipeline. Maintaining weekly reporting cadence on key metrics within the department to regional and global management. Provide inspirational, energetic leadership by example in-line with the OX Ideal Team Player outline. Compiling regional marketing requirements to the global marketing team & supporting the execution where required for NPD activation, social media activity planners (relevant to market requirements), graphic design requests & content requirements. Mentor and train team members on best practices to help maximize their potential. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Extensive marketing experience in Power Tool, PTA and Hand Tool market or similar businesses. Strong track record of driving revenue in the industry, including successful product launches and promotional campaigns. Understanding of a distributor sales channel business and the “pull-through” marketing strategy. Digital marketing knowledge and experience, including familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce trends. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions. Detail oriented with an ability to implement and execute repeatable processes within a fast-growth organization. Goal-oriented: naturally motivated to reach milestones. Outstanding integrity, credibility, and character. First class communication skills and the ability to win commitment and ‘buy in’ to a common vision and clearly stated goals. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Stress and time management skills. Ability to “think-outside-the-box” and come up with new ideas and concepts that are executable. High-energy and a willingness to learn the OX Playbook way to succeed.
